About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive Listing, Documentation & Creative Supervisor to join our growing Sales Division.

This position is office-based (not work-from-home) and focuses on managing property listings, verifying sales documents, ensuring quality and compliance, and maintaining the visual standards of our property marketing materials.

This is a managerial operations role not a sales or frontliner position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify all property files before listing approval (Authority to Sell, Title, IDs, Tax Declaration, etc.)
  • Supervise agents listings, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Manage the CRM system (EstateBud / GHL / ClickUp): encoding, updating, and generating weekly reports
  • Draft and check all sales documents such as Offer to Purchase, Reservation Form, and Contract to Sell
  • Coordinate with sellers and agents for missing requirements and updates
  • Design property posters and presentation decks using Canva or similar tools
  • Edit property photos or short promotional videos using CapCut or Canva Video
  • Oversee property postings on Lamudi, DotProperty, Carousell, and Facebook Marketplace
  • Ensure all listings are visually appealing, correctly captioned, and regularly updated
  • Submit weekly reports on verified listings, document completion, and CRM updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 23 years of experience in real estate listing documentation, sales administration, or operations
  • Skilled in Canva, CapCut (or other video editing apps), and Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and online property portals (Lamudi, DotProperty, Carousell)
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Must be creative, analytical, and disciplined
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati or Pasay City

Work Setup & Compensation

  • Work Location: Makati / Pasay Office
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Office-Based (No WFH)
  • Salary Range: 28,000 35,000 (depending on experience)
  • Allowances: Communication & Transportation (3,000 5,000)
  • Performance Bonus: Quarterly (3,000 8,000 based on listing accuracy & creative output)
