Position Summary:
The Sales Operations Director is a strategic leader responsible for driving operational excellence across the sales organization within a dynamic BPO environment. This role ensures seamless service delivery, optimized performance, and alignment of sales processes with business objectives. By
shifting into high gear, the Director will lead teams to exceed targets,
accelerate with precision through data-driven strategies, and
steer with integrity and respect to foster trust and collaboration across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team to achieve organizational goals.
- Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and accountability frameworks for team members.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the team.
- Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to ensure optimal productivity.
2. Service Delivery and Performance
- Oversee end-to-end sales operations processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution of deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement best practices and process enhancements to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to align strategies and deliver exceptional service.
3. Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and execute sales operations strategies that support revenue growth and operational scalability.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.
- Drive automation and technology adoption to streamline workflows and reporting.
4. Reporting and Analytics
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
- Deliver actionable insights to optimize sales productivity and profitability.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in Sales Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the BPO industry.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects with precision and agility.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems, data visualization tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical leadership and fostering a respectful workplace culture.
