Role summary
We are hiring a Sales Operations Director based in Manila to lead day-to-day
operations across multiple business lines, with a strong emphasis on sales
execution and customer support operations. This role reports directly to the BU
Head.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day operational execution across multiple business lines,
including Sales and Support.
Lead and develop large teams (historical experience managing 100+ person
organizations).
Build operating rhythms and performance management systems (weekly
scorecards, pipeline hygiene, QA/coaching loops, capacity planning).
Partner closely with the BU Head to translate strategy into execution, and
remove operational bottlenecks.
Implement and continuously improve an AI-native sales operations stack
(tools, workflows, automation, enablement).
Minimum qualifications
5+ years of relevant leadership experience.
Proven experience managing 100+ person teams.
Experience overseeing sales + support operations and multiple business
lines.
Based in Manila (or able to work Manila hours) with strong cross-functional
collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications
Strong background in selling into the U.S. market, or operating within U.S.
companies, preferably software or AI companies.
Demonstrated track record driving outcomes in the U.S. market (pipeline,
bookings, retention, CSAT).
