Maintain accurate pipeline data to ensure reliable dashboards, reports, and business review insights.
Collaborate with sales teams to keep sales data clean, complete, and up to date.
Develop and maintain end-to-end sales process documentation and workflow diagrams.
Review opportunities from Scoping to Proposing, validating estimation files, proposals, and supporting documents before Commercial approval.
Validate closed deals by confirming contracts or client POs are complete before final closure.
Participate in weekly sales and operations meetings to identify issues, follow-ups, and cross-team dependencies. Capture action items and ensure timely resolution through coordinated communication with relevant stakeholders.
Support sales onboarding by providing tools, training, and guidance on processes and CRM best practices.
Pipeline To Revenue Process
Monitor and manage the end-to-end pipeline-to-revenue process, ensuring that opportunities move accurately through each sales stage gates.
Track pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks, forecast revenue, and align sales activity with financial outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams for smooth handover, resource planning, and timely revenue recognition.
Reporting & Analysis
Produce, prepare and deliver weekly or monthly sales and financial reports, consolidating data from Salesforce and from other business systems.
Perform ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions, investigate anomalies, and support decision-making.
Review dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Provide insights on performance trends, collaborative forecasting, and key commercial metrics to support leadership decision-making.
Core Competencies
CRM Proficiency - Knowledge in Salesforce and / or Hubspot, including pipeline management, reporting, data hygiene, and opportunity tracking to support sales operations.
