Your Mission

As our Sales & Operations Assistant, you will be the right hand to our sales and operations lead and the heartbeat of our daily operations. Your mission is to keep things running smoothly so our customers always receive top-tier service.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Sales Team: Help process customer and supplier orders, track equipment, and provide updates on delivery ETAs.
  • Build Connections: Act as a friendly point of contact for our suppliers and ensure our client records in the CRM are always accurate and up to date.
  • Keep Things Organized: Manage internal documentation, handle basic bookkeeping, and assist with service scheduling and invoicing.
  • Empower the Team: Coordinate with our technical department to log repairs and track equipment so nothing falls through the cracks.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

We aren't looking for a corporate robot. We want a proactive, detail-oriented person who is ready to learn and grow with us.

  • You are fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a background in a similar Sales or Operations support role.
  • You take pride in accurate work and can manage multiple priorities independently.
  • You are comfortable using office productivity tools and picking up new software like accounting platforms or CRM systems.
