About The Team
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support the effectiveness and performance of our Business Development (BD) team. This role will focus on designing and managing BD performance frameworks, including KPI setting, incentive schemes, performance tracking, and incentive calculation. The role will work closely with BD leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure performance targets and incentive mechanisms are clear, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
Job Description
- Design and refine KPI frameworks and incentive schemes for the BD team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and sales objectives.
- Track and analyze BD team performance against KPIs, identify performance gaps and trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Manage periodic incentive calculations and payout processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards to support regular business reviews and management decision-making.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing KPI and incentive structures and recommend improvements where needed.
- Partner closely with BD, Finance, HR, and other relevant teams on target setting, incentive policies, and performance management.
- Support other Sales Operations initiatives aimed at improving BD productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Planning, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling performance data and incentive calculations.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions.
- Structured, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or other platform-based businesses is a plus, but not required.
