Job Description

Role type:Full-time, fully remote (Medical Fintech | Early-Stage Startup)

Salary Range:$1,100 - $1,250 per month

Timezone:EST or CT

The client is an early-stage medical fintech startup that has recently closed a seed round. Their platform functions like the Rocket Mortgage for medical lendinghelping patients access financing for out-of-pocket medical expenses directly at the point of sale.

With over 400 practices already onboarded and more going live, they are scaling quickly and need additional operational support.

Role Overview

The client is looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Operations & Practice Onboarding Associate to support sales research, revenue operations, implementation, and ongoing practice engagement. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup environment, ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and helping build processes from the ground up.

You'll work closely with the founding team to support practice onboarding, contract management, sales operations, and day-to-day coordination as they scale.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Research & Outreach Support
  • Research medical practices across multiple verticals (dental, fertility, ophthalmology, veterinary, aesthetics, plastics, etc.)
  • Build and maintain databases of practices, including contact information and key details
  • Identify and gather email addresses and other contact details for outreach and targeting
  • Keep practice records up to date and organized

Sales Operations & Revenue Operations
  • Support the sales process once a practice agrees to work with us
  • Upload and manage contracts in DocuSign
  • Organize and file executed agreements in shared drives
  • Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and properly stored
  • Help track deal status and progress through the pipeline

Implementation & Practice Onboarding
  • Support implementation and onboarding of new practices
  • Coordinate onboarding steps and ensure required tasks are completed
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining onboarding workflows and checklists
  • Help troubleshoot gaps or delays in onboarding

Practice Engagement & Ongoing Support
  • Check in with existing practices via email or other communication channels
  • Support ongoing engagement to ensure practices are active and supported
  • Maintain and update Monday.com boards to reflect current status and tasks
  • Ensure data and workflows remain accurate and up to date

General Operations & Admin Support
  • Assist with various operational tasks as needed in a growing startup
  • Help improve and document processes as the business scales
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks related to sales, onboarding, and operations

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple small tasks and shifting priorities
  • Experience with or willingness to learn tools such as DocuSign, Google Drive, and Monday.com
  • Strong written communication skills (email and internal communication)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment

Nice to Have
  • Experience in sales operations, rev ops, onboarding, or customer operations
  • Experience working with healthcare, fintech, or SaaS companies
  • Prior startup experience
  • Familiarity with CRM or workflow tools

Work Environment
  • Early-stage startup with a small, collaborative team (currently 4 people)
  • High level of ownership and autonomy
  • Fast-paced environment with evolving processes

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
