Job Description

Sales Operations & CRM Analyst

Remote | Full Time | Philippines-Based | US Time Zone Hours

About The Company

We are a US-based, 24/7 Veterinary Telemedicine company connecting veterinary hospitals with specialist doctors and highly experienced clinical staff across the globe. We revolutionized our industry and provide critical, life-saving services to Veterinarians all across the world. Our team is committed to offering a premier experience through guaranteed services as well going above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

The Role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-driven Sales Operations & CRM Analyst to join our growing international team. This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines — you are the connective tissue between our Philippines-based telemarketing team and our US-based sales organization, ensuring the right prospect gets called at the right time, by the right person, and that every interaction is tracked, scored, and actionable.

You will own the health and prioritization of our entire lead and account database in Salesforce, build the hunt lists that drive our outbound engine, and partner directly with the telemarketing team on the ground to close the loop between data and execution. This is an opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling company where your work directly impacts how efficiently we reach the veterinarians who need us. Strong spoken and written English required.

Work Schedule

  • Must be willing to work US business hours
  • Typical schedule aligned with US Eastern or Central time zones

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Ownership & Data Hygiene

  • Own daily hygiene of all lead and account records — deduplication, enrichment, routing, and accurate status updates.
  • Enforce data entry standards across the telemarketing and sales teams to ensure every interaction is properly logged.
  • Manage lead-to-rep routing rules to ensure equitable distribution and fast response times.
  • Identify opportunities for automation (workflows, alerts, assignment rules) to reduce manual work and surface them to leadership.

Hunt List Management & Lead Prioritization

  • Build and maintain segmented, prioritized call lists aligned to tiered priorities — tradeshow follow-ups, churned reactivations, consolidator sister locations, declining-volume accounts, and others identified through analysis.
  • Define qualification criteria, call cadences, and disposition requirements for every list.
  • Score and rank leads and accounts based on intent signals, deal size potential, and recency.
  • Monitor lead aging and flag stale records before they go cold.
  • Recommend new hunt list ideas based on data patterns and market signals.

Pipeline Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain a live view of pipeline health across every stage: dial → appointment set → appointment held → trial started → onboarded.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards for telemarketing activity, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue attribution.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports on team and individual metrics to US leadership.
  • Provide monthly deep-dive analyses on lead source performance, conversion bottlenecks, and rep coaching needs.
  • Track churn signals and surface at-risk accounts to sales and customer success.

Team Partnership & Accountability

  • Sit alongside the telemarketing team and serve as their go-to for list, data, and Salesforce questions.
  • Partner with the telemarketing team lead on daily huddles — reviewing yesterday's results and setting today's priorities.
  • Train new telemarketing hires on Salesforce workflows and list management best practices.
  • Run weekly pipeline review meetings bridging the Philippines team and US sales leadership.
  • Support US sales leadership with ad-hoc analyses for forecasting, territory planning, and compensation decisions.

Required Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or CRM analyst roles supporting US-based sales teams.
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency — reports, dashboards, list views, validation rules, and basic process automation (Flows).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales and pipeline data and translate it into action.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills — you will be influencing US stakeholders and coaching local reps.
  • Comfortable working US business hours (night shift PHT).
  • Detail-obsessed, process-minded, and genuinely energized by clean data.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.

Preferred

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • SQL or BI tool experience (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Experience supporting an outbound SDR/BDR or telemarketing function.
  • Background or strong interest in veterinary medicine, animal health, or healthcare-adjacent industries.
  • Experience working with US-based companies or in a cross-time zone remote environment.
  • Familiarity with implementing lead scoring models.

What We Offer

  • $14,000-17,000 performance-based commission and bonuses.
  • Fully remote position.
  • Company-provided equipment.
  • Paid time off.
  • Opportunities for career advancement within a fast-scaling international company.
  • A mission-driven team culture where your work directly contributes to better outcomes for animals and the veterinarians who care for them.
