Sales Operation Support (Footwear Brand)

Job Description:

• Handles customer inquiries and follow-ups from Wholesale Accounts
• Prepares order-related documents and coordinates closely with accounts
• Ensures accuracy of orders
• Coordinates with the warehouse on delivery schedules to the accounts
• Handles order returns if any where credit notes are required
• Encodes sell-in and sell-through data and provides initial analysis
• Maintains and updates price lists, promotions, trade terms, and per-account inventory records
• Prepares sales decks and performance sales reports needed by the principal
• Schedules meetings and coordinates with accounts for product presentations
• Maintains and updates customer account information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree graduate
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis capabilities
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
