Job Description

Job Summary:

 

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and developing strong partnerships with network operators and brand partners. This role oversees sales strategy, market development, and customer relationship management to ensure consistent business expansion and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Officer also collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to support operational efficiency and timely product delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee major network operator accounts, including the PLDT Group of Companies, Radius, Eastern Telecom Philippines, Inc., and other corporate clients.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new corporate accounts and expand the company's market reach. Offer other option of services that the company can provide.
  • Work closely with brand partners such as Tricheer and TP-Link Philippines to align on business direction, opportunities, and joint initiatives.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with both existing and new brand partners to optimize service quality, business growth, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Create, develop, and implement sales strategies and market development plans initiated by the company, key accounts, and brand partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and execute targeted sales campaigns to support revenue objectives.
  • Ensure alignment of sales plans with overall company goals and partner strategies.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, stock allocation, product distribution planning, and profit and loss (P&L) analysis.
  • Monitor sales performance and recommend improvements to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and present data-driven insights to management.
  • Coordinate with local and international shipping forwarders/brokers, distributors, and internal support teams to ensure:
  • On-time dispatch of goods from factory or warehouse
  • Accurate documentation and invoicing
  • Timely and complete delivery of goods to customers
  • Oversee supply chain activities related to assigned accounts to prevent delays and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet productivity standards; Complete work in timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
  • All administrative work are complete and submitted on time.
  • Ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent.
  • Perform related functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong background in handling corporate accounts and partner management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable business plans
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Experience in telecommunications or technology distribution is an advantage
