Sales Officer (Tagbilaran)

The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting the bank's Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and growing the bank's deposit portfolio. The role involves field sales, client visits, relationship building, and regular travel within Tagbilaran City and nearby areas to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new CASA clients.
• Conduct client visits and sales presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist with account opening while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
• Achieve assigned sales and deposit targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant banking sales experience, preferably in CASA or deposit generation.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel within Tagbilaran and nearby areas.
