Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Officer to validate market insights, drive sales and community for a Climatech startup with focus on Pampanga and Bulacan. The role focuses on on-ground selling, pipeline management, partner engagement, and basic account management for B2C, B2B and B2B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and move accounts within sales pipeline of given channel.
- Conduct field sales for direct market insights.
- Demonstrate solar products and convert customer inquiries into sales.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders to drive discussions and product demand.
- Manage leads from online inquiries (TikTok/Facebook) and schedule meetups or demos.
- Consolidate and manage customer feedback(s) and products concerns via cross-functional-teams.
- Prepare simple weekly reports on sales, leads, and field activities.
Qualifications
- 2 years field sales experience (B2B SMEs/Enterprise sales a plus), community selling, or retail (preferred but not required).
- Experience in B2B pipeline movement and partnerships development (LGU exposure a plus)
- Knowledgeable in CRM platforms.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in doing product demos.
- Can work independently and travel within assigned areas (Pampanga/Bulacan).
- Strong Can-Do attitude with affinity to learning customer behaviors.
