We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Solar Energy Sales Officer to promote and sell residential and/or commercial solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about renewable energy, strong in client engagement, and capable of driving sales growth through effective consultation and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell solar energy systems to residential and commercial clients
- Conduct site visits, client consultations, and energy assessments
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost-benefit presentations
- Educate clients on solar solutions, savings, and system benefits
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Coordinate with technical teams for system design and installation requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in sales, preferably in solar products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven with a strong ability to meet targets
- Willingness to do fieldwork and client visits
- Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is an advantage
- Technical understanding of solar PV systems is a plus
