About You & the Role
As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in growing the Bank's Real Estate Loan portfolio by developing partnerships with property developers, managing client relationships, and evaluating loan opportunities. This role offers excellent exposure to consumer lending, credit evaluation, and business development.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build and strengthen relationships with property developers, brokers, agents, and other business partners to generate housing loan opportunities.
- Evaluate housing loan applications, assess borrower eligibility, and review collateral acceptability.
- Manage the end-to-end loan process, from account solicitation and recommendation to loan implementation and release.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with documentary, legal, and operational requirements.
- Support portfolio management activities, including account monitoring, client requests, and loan-related concerns.

- Consistently contributes to the growth of the HomePlus Real Estate Loan portfolio.
- Delivers quality loan recommendations and maintains sound credit standards.
- Provides excellent service to developers, clients, and business partners.
- Ensures timely processing and implementation of approved loan applications.
- Maintains compliance with Bank policies, audit requirements, and documentation standards.
Qualifications We Value
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
- At least five (5) years of experience in Consumer Loans, particularly Real Estate Loans.
- Strong communication, customer relationship management, and marketing skills.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, loan packaging, and documentation review.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work onsite and be assigned in Davao City.
