- Drive business growth for the OFW insurance portfolio through proactive sales and partner acquisition
- Leverage strong existing connections with manpower agencies to generate leads and expand distribution channels
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with manpower agencies, recruitment firms, and OFW-focused partners
- Execute sales initiatives end-to-end, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams for policy issuance and after-sales support
- Focus on revenue generation, pipeline management, and consistent achievement of sales targets
- Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales or business development background (insurance experience is not required)
- Established network within manpower agencies or related OFW ecosystems is a strong advantage
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills
