Job Description

To support the National Sales team in expanding our client base and driving business growth. This role focuses on executing marketing initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting partner activation to enhance product and service adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive client acquisition by supporting and executing business development and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure the achievement of assigned revenue targets, transaction volume goals, and Key Result Areas (KRAs) through effective partner acquisition, activation, and account management
  • Conduct market research and environmental scanning to identify new business opportunities and target clients
  • Evaluate potential partners eligibility, business viability, and financial capacity
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of business proposals for internal approval and client engagement
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, negotiations, and other sales-related activities
  • Support the onboarding, integration, and activation of new partners and services
  • Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Monitor and analyze campaign and partnership performance to support revenue growth and lead generation efforts
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase partner productivity, transaction volumes, and revenue contribution
  • Promote new products, services, and enhancements to existing and prospective partners
  • Prepare market intelligence reports, partner feedback analyses, and business performance updates
  • Maintain accurate records of partner profiles, contracts, and business documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Fintech, Digital Payments, Banking, or Financial Services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into business opportunities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project coordination skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati
