Job Description

  • Sales quota attainment.
  • Seller recruitment and activation.
  • Monitor performance of assigned seller's network.
  • Closely monitors sales activity results and seller's pipelines.
  • Prepare weekly sales report.
  • Conducts product presentations and updates.
  • Provides assistance to accredited broker's in presenting the project details to clients.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Sales experience is an advantage, preferably in real estate, or similar industries.
  • Proficient in reports.
  • Confident in delivering product presentations and providing timely updates on project offerings.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
