The position is primarily responsible for handling the in-house selling and cross-selling of bank products and services, with a focus on Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products. Additionally, the role involves managing an account portfolio to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle in-house selling and cross-selling of CASA and other bank products and services.
- Manage and grow CASA accounts to achieve sales and deposit targets.
- Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with branch and product teams to support business goals.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, account performance, and achievements.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably business-related course.
- With at least three (3) years of work-related experience in banking or financial services.
- Must have knowledge of bank products and services, particularly CASA and deposit products.
- Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in Iloilo City
