Salary range: PHP 30,000 - PHP 40,000 depending on skills, qualifications, and experience
Job Scope
Distributor management
Key account management with retailers
Conduct regular field visits and store visits
Coordinate sampling and BTL activities
Monitor market trends and provide market and category insights
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retail accounts
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales activities
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry
Proven experience in distributor management and key account management
Experience handling retail accounts and conducting field or store visits
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Good understanding of market and category trends
Must own a car
Must have a valid driver's license
Willing to conduct regular field visits
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
