About You & the Role

You're a results-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet client needs. As a Sales Officer for Contract-to-Sell (CTS) Loans, you will help grow the CTS loan portfolio by developing and maintaining strong partnerships with real estate developers and other key business partners.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective real estate developer partners.
• Generate new business and develop a healthy pipeline of CTS loan opportunities.
• Manage assigned accounts and coordinate loan transactions from endorsement through processing.
• Work closely with internal teams to facilitate documentation, credit evaluation, approval, and account servicing.
• Monitor account activity and respond to client needs promptly.
• Identify market opportunities that can contribute to portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, banking, real estate financing, housing loans, CTS financing, account management, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
