The
Sales Officer is primarily responsible in generating Auto Loan Volume from different channels to attain profitability target and continue to contribute to Bank's business growth.
Major Responsibilities
- Handles selling and sourcing of auto loan applications referred by the different channel to achieve volume targets
- Ensure that all queries and needs of branches, dealers and clients are address promptly
- Visits assigned branches and dealers regularly to update them on auto-related developments
- Reviews, approves, and relays Purchase Order (for Direct Marketing accounts)
- Reviews and relays Credit Advice (for Dealer Financing accounts)
- Monitors the status of application received and relay the result to the clients
- Coordinates and makes follow ups to the Credit Department for immediate credit action and decision
- Arranges client's document signing and occasionally acts as witness (for Direct Marketing accounts)
- Monitors, follows up and regularizes documentary deficiencies to ensure compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - preferably with a degree in business or marketing-related courses
- Intermediate knowledge of the products and services offered by the business unit
- Knowledge on the processes and systems of the business unit
- Knowledge in bank accounting, policies, and procedures
