A new skincare brand in the market is in need of a Sales Officer Medical Representative Background
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Officer with a strong medical representative background to support the growth of our premium skincare brand in dermatology and aesthetic clinics. You will engage directly with healthcare professionals, build trusted relationships, and drive sales performance in line with brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, and hospitals.
- Promote skincare and pharmaceutical products to doctors, nurses, and clinic staff.
- Deliver product presentations and training sessions effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and commercial teams to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Medical, or related field.
- 13 years experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in dermatology, skincare, aesthetic medicine, or pharmaceuticals.
- Familiarity with clinical settings and healthcare protocols.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, skincare ingredients, and patient concerns (e.g., aging, pigmentation, acne).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for clinic visits.
Work arrangement: Temporary Hybrid Setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH per week)
