The position is primarily responsible for supporting the department head in promoting bank products and services, while helping ensure business targets are met through effective sales strategies, targeted market engagement, and aligning client needs with appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities
- Monitors sales performance and implements strategies to drive profitability and deposit growth.
- Executes sales and marketing initiatives while tracking market trends and competition.
- Builds client relationships and identifies opportunities for cross-selling and expansion.
- Addresses client concerns and coordinates solutions with relevant departments.
- Maintains records, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course preferably business course
- With at least three (3) years of work-related experience
- Must have knowledge on bank products and services
- Willing to work in Balibago, Sta. Rosa, Laguna
