Sales Officer - Baguio

The Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring and onboarding new customers by promoting and opening Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products. The role focuses on building and growing the CASA portfolio through proactive business development, excellent customer service, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and grow the bank's CASA (Current and Savings Account) portfolio.
• Build client relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Process account openings in compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
• Cross-sell banking products and achieve deposit growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in banking, sales, or customer relationship management preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused, results-oriented, and knowledgeable in banking compliance.
