Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage assigned accounts for architectural window film products.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation in coordination with the Technical and Operations teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing and after-sales coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, property managers, and corporate clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and client updates.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and distributor guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction-related products, building materials, or technical B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product features in a professional and client-focused manner.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Willing to conduct regular fieldwork and client site visits.
