Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of proven sales experience in the construction industry (materials,
equipment, construction services, MEP products, etc.)
- Strong network of industry contacts (developers, contractors, consultants).
- Solid negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites/client meetings.
Responsibilties
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients in the construction sector
(developers, contractors, consultants, architects, etc.)
- Generate new sales leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Conduct product presentations and site visits to demonstrate technical value.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts aligned with company policies.
- Support after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
