Sales & Member Engagement VA

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify qualified mobile food businesses and prospective members
• Maintain accurate leads, member records, sales trackers, and documentation in Thryv and approved systems
• Make outbound calls to introduce membership benefits, qualify prospects, address routine objections, and identify needs
• Manage follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages while tracking opportunities, pending items, and next steps
• Guide prospects through membership and onboarding, including collecting and verifying business information, photos, logos, links, and documents
• Prepare and send approved estimates, invoices, onboarding messages, reminders, and follow-up materials
• Respond to member and prospect inquiries and escalate concerns when needed
• Create and customize Canva graphics for welcomes, workshops, events, promotions, and announcements
• Assist with newsletters, email campaigns, website and social media updates using approved content and templates
• Organize member files and marketing assets and provide daily activity and engagement updates

Qualifications:

• Experience in inside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, customer support, or member engagement
• Strong spoken and written English with a warm, confident, and professional phone presence
• Comfortable with outbound calling, routine objections, consistent follow-ups, and customer engagement
• Experience with CRM management, preferably Thryv
• Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, and Google Voice
• Experience with Brevo or similar email marketing platforms
• Able to learn established scripts, workflows, SOPs, and software and work independently
• Comfortable working with U.S.-based business owners during agreed Eastern Time hours
• Able to handle business and member information responsibly and maintain confidentiality
