Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Professional to lead our sales initiatives and drive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both outside sales and marketing. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Digital marketing - social media & SEO
- Updating website as required (Wordpress)
- Increase occupancy rates and overall revenues
- Increase number of clients
- Create packages, specials, and discounts to increase revenues
- Planning based on local events, holidays, etc.
- Analyzing listings and making recommendations to management
- Analyzing the local market/competition and making adjustments accordingly
- Connect with previous guests to offer specials
- Liaise with local venues, organizations and businesses to offer specials to our guests
- Work with the team to create both a referral and loyalty program.
Requirements
- Proven successful experience in sales & marketing
- SEO expertise
- Strong skills in outside sales, and building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

- Home-based
- Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
- Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
