At Vision Organisation, you'll gain hands-on experience in face-to-face sales, events marketing and customer engagement while representing established brands at roadshows, pop-ups and promotional campaigns.

FROM WHAT DO I SAY TO I'VE GOT THIS.

Your day starts in the office with product training, communication practice and campaign preparation. Then you'll head out with your team to meet customers.

You'll initiate conversations, understand customer needs, deliver sales presentations, recommend suitable products and services, and handle customer enquiries and objections.

You'll also work towards campaign sales targets and use coaching feedback to improve your results.

Some conversations will flow.
Some will end with no thanks.
Both give you something to learn from.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. EFFORT REQUIRED.

We provide training and personal coaching to develop your communication, customer service, direct sales and teamwork skills.

Fresh graduates, entry-level applicants and career switchers are welcome. Experience in retail sales, F&B, hospitality, customer service or promotions is an advantage.

Bring a willingness to approach customers, listen, take feedback and keep practising.

As you build consistent results and leadership ability, opportunities can include coaching newer team members and taking on greater campaign responsibilities.
