SALES & MARKETING OFFICER
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Operations Manager

Location: Patisserie Le Choux-Colat BF Homes Paranaque
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for driving sales growth, executing marketing strategies, and strengthening brand visibility for Patisserie Le Choux-Colat (PLC). Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and collaborating closely with the Marketing and Admin Team, this role oversees campaign execution, manages corporate accounts, leads client coordination, and contributes to the development of sales and marketing initiatives. The Officer is expected to work with a high level of independence, take initiative in lead generation, and support strategic decision-making through reporting and insights.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales
Generate, qualify, and convert leads for corporate and institutional accounts including, but not limited to, gifting, events, and B2B partnerships.
Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead follow-up to closing transactions and ensuring proper documentation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, event organizers, and VIPs.
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, pitch decks, and presentations for potential clients.
Coordinate with the Admin to ensure accurate fulfillment of corporate orders and bulk inquiries.
Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and report results to the Operations Manager.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and recommend strategies to improve performance.

Marketing
Coordinate with the Marketing in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
Assist in developing and managing brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing initiatives aligned with Le Choux-Colat's direction.
Support the visibility and growth of Le Choux-Colat, Chocolatier's Lab, and Aton Cacao through partnerships and experiential activities.
Lead execution of on ground and digital marketing activations including seasonal promotions, pop-ups, and collaborations.
Coordinate with creative teams, suppliers, and external partners for marketing materials and event needs.

Operations & Coordination
Lead coordination of marketing events, trade fairs, collaborations, and on-site activations, ensuring smooth execution.
Prepare regular reports summarizing sales performance, client insights, and KPIs.
Assist in on-boarding, guiding, or coordinating interns, event staff, or freelancers when needed.
Support special projects assigned by the Operations Manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new corporate accounts acquired and retained.
Lead-to-client conversion rate and total sales revenue achieved.
Client satisfaction, feedback, and repeat business metrics.
Accuracy of reporting, insights, and strategy recommendations.
Meeting monthly and quarterly sales target.
