Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the overall direction and conduct of plans, programs and strategies in terms of sqles, marketing, public image or Propertt Hotels within the limits of generally applicable concepts, disciplines and industry practices as well as established guidelines, standards and procedures of the hot in order to achieve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and maximised revenues theough strategic, prompt and proper delivery of services related roto sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course, preferably with higher studies;
• Must have at least eight (8) years of working experience in sales and marketinf, three (3) years of which in managerial capacitu in a five-star hotel;
• Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Market Analysis
• Strong skills in Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Management
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation; and,
• Must have established network in the industry.
