We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our organization. This role requires a hands-on leader who can both manage a team and actively contribute to marketing, sales, and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of building and scaling marketing systems, driving lead generation, and improving brand visibility through both traditional and digital channels.
This is an on-site position based in San Remigio, Cebu, and requires close collaboration with leadership, sales, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead and manage the marketing team or department, including performance tracking and coaching
- Oversee lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Drive SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content direction
- Manage and improve company websites, including structure, UX, performance, and conversion optimization
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, retargeting, etc.)
- Manage CRM systems, ensuring proper lead tracking, segmentation, and nurturing workflows
- Actively participate in sales activities, including making and taking sales calls when needed
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality
- Oversee branding, content creation, and marketing communications
- Create and supervise graphic design outputs for social media, ads, websites, and print materials
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns and initiatives
- Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
Required Qualifications
- Extensive and proven experience as a Marketing & Sales Manager or similar leadership role
- Demonstrated success in leading a marketing team or department
- Strong experience in SEO strategy and execution
- Proven experience in website management and optimization (WordPress or similar CMS preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Experience in sales support or direct sales activities, including handling calls and closing support
- Strong background in lead generation strategies and conversion optimization
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
- Experience running paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics 4, tracking tools, reporting dashboards)
- Experience in email marketing and automation workflows
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments
- Background in sales funnel development and optimization
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
- Familiarity with content marketing and storytelling strategies
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or distributed teams
