• Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Piñas. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales and marketing team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business , or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, especially in the pharmaceutical industry is required for this position.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in creating marketing strategies, sales plan, and team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and branding.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal, decision- making, and problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and travel when needed.
• Professional, goal oriented, and available to start ASAP.
• Willing to work onsite in Las Piñas City.
