SALES & MARKETING HEAD role is a crucial position within the marketing team. Based in Makati City, Metro Manila, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth for Health insurance products and services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, marketing proposals, presentation, across various channels, including digital, social media, print and events
- Collaborating with the sales team to create targeted marketing materials and campaigns to support lead generation and client acquisition
- Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics to continuously optimise campaigns and strategies
- Maintaining and updating the company's website and social media channels with engaging and informative content
- Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including budget management and reporting
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and best practices to inform marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the insurance or HEALTH services industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including search engine optimisation, social media, email marketing and content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into engaging content
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
