Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with organisational objectives
- Analyse and report business performance, including sales trends and inventory movement
- Oversee inventory management across distribution channels, ensuring effective stock turnover
- Manage field sales promoters, including target setting, deployment planning, and performance tracking
- Collaborate closely with retail partners and clients to strengthen commercial relationships and in-store execution
- Monitor and manage customer receivables and payables to ensure healthy cash flow
- Support day-to-day operational requirements and other assigned business activities
- Communicate monthly sales objectives to frontline sales personnel
- Coordinate leave scheduling and administrative updates for field staff with HR
- Prepare recurring sales and operational performance reports for management review
- Conduct market intelligence analysis, including competitor pricing, product positioning, and sales strategies
- Support development of marketing direction, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approach
- Execute marketing and promotional initiatives such as product launches, training sessions, and sales campaigns
- Contribute to product planning by defining features, value propositions, and commercial strategies
- Support profit and loss management across sales, marketing, and product activities
- Liaise with business partners to drive sales performance and channel effectiveness
- Manage end-to-end sales operations including inventory control and procurement coordination
- Participate in special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing within relevant industries (preferred) or in consumer products.
Familiarity with business accounting and P&L management is a plus.
Collaborative team player with strong analytical capabilities and excellent international communication skills.
Demonstrates solid business acumen and effective presentation skills.
Ability to develop and translate marketing strategies into actionable plans.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
