Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, datadriven Sales & Marketing Director to lead commercial growth across markets. The role focuses on B2B sales, strategic partnerships, business development, and dataled decisionmaking. You will own the revenue strategy, build highvalue partnerships, and align crossfunctional execution. Marketing is a supporting function to strengthen enterprise positioning and pipeline quality.

Business Strategy & Revenue

  • Build and execute short and longterm commercial plans aligned with growth targets and P&L outcomes.
  • Identify enterprise opportunities, partnership models, and new market entry pathways.
  • Own a structured B2B pipeline (forecast accuracy, deal velocity, prioritization) to hit revenue & margin goals.

B2B Sales & Partnerships

  • Lead the endtoend B2B cycle: sourcing qualification proposal pitch negotiation contract implementation.
  • Secure and scale partnerships with corporates, enterprises, government bodies, fleet partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Oversee key account management, ensuring service delivery and longterm value expansion.

Data & Analytics

  • Use data to analyze funnel conversion, pricing sensitivity, campaign effectiveness, segment performance, and risk.
  • Cobuild dashboards with BI/Data and present databacked recommendations to leadership.

Marketing

  • Guide targeted B2B branding and leadgen initiatives (industry events, partner comarketing, ABM, digital).
  • Ensure Marketing activities support enterprise priorities and pipeline quality (not vanity metrics).

Team & Collaboration

  • Lead and develop Sales & Marketing teams with clear KPIs and review cadences.
  • Collaborate tightly with Operations, Product, Finance, Strategy to ensure seamless delivery to partners/clients.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Track industry trends, buyer needs, and competitor moves; convert insights into pricing, GTM, and roadmap inputs.

Budget & Reporting

  • Manage commercial and marketing budgets with ROI discipline.
  • Provide monthly/quarterly performance updates and proposals to the Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B sales/business development/partnerships (mobility, logistics, tech, ecommerce, or services preferred).
  • Proven success in enterprise sales and largescale partnerships with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong data literacy: read dashboards, model business cases, interpret funnel metrics, and make dataled decisions.
  • Experience leading multifunctional commercial teams (Sales + Marketing).
  • Excellent stakeholder management & negotiation in complex B2B environments.
  • Skilled in crossfunctional execution (Product, Ops, Finance, Marketing).
