Role Description

The Sales & Marketing Associate (Field Assigned) is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City.

This role is primarily field-based and involves regular visits to hospitals, clinics, dialysis centers, and other healthcare facilities to promote Argonix Medical Corporation's services.

Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client presentations and service demonstrations, maintaining and growing client relationships, and supporting contract negotiations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring consistent brand visibility and service utilization.

In addition, the associate will handle after-sales support, address client inquiries, maintain accurate client records, and prepare regular sales and activity reports.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, or Client Relations.
  • Ability to generate leads, develop business opportunities, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in customer service and client relationship management.
  • Medical Representative (MedRep) experience is an advantage.
  • Willingness to conduct regular field visits and client coverage within assigned areas.
  • Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and adapt to field requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Preferably with a valid driver's license and own transportation for field assignments.
  • Professional, ethical, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
