Are you a strategic sales leader with strong technical knowledge and experience in the mechanical industry

What You'll Do:

• Lead and drive the Mechanical Division's sales strategy and revenue growth
• Manage, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team
• Build strong relationships with mechanical consultants, contractors, and engineering firms
• Drive product specification and project development opportunities
• Identify new markets, projects, and business opportunities
• Lead technical presentations and industry engagements
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth project delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in technical sales, business development, or sales leadership
• Strong consultant and client relationship management skills
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strategic, results-driven, and willing to travel
