Bookimed has been helping patients access high-quality medical treatment worldwide since 2014. We work with 1,500+ clinics in 50+ countries and have supported more than 500,000 patients.
We are looking for a Medical Sales Manager with strong sales skills, mature communication and empathy.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly sales and financial targets.
• Guide patients through the full journey, from the first inquiry to clinic selection and ongoing support.
• Communicate with patients through chat, email and IP telephony.
• Review medical records and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Collaborate with the international medical coordination team.
This is a fully remote role with flexible 8-hour shifts aligned with the US time zone.
Requirements
• English level B2 or higher.
• Strong motivation for sales and measurable results.
• Persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to grow.
• Ability to communicate outside standard working hours when necessary.
Nice to have:
• Previous sales experience and familiarity with KPIs.
• Medical education or healthcare experience.
• Additional language skills.
