Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead customer relationship management and serve as the primary liaison between customers and manufacturing operations.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives.
  3. Manage key customer accounts, strengthen client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Develop and manage annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales forecasts to support production planning and business requirements.
  5. Negotiate contracts, prepare quotations, and address customer requirements, concerns, and commercial issues.
  6. Monitor customer satisfaction, analyze feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams, including Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Logistics, to ensure customer expectations are met.
  8. Prepare customer reports, sales performance reports, logistics updates, and other required documentation.
  9. Lead, coach, mentor, and develop sales team members to improve performance and capabilities.
  10. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
  11. Drive revenue growth and support strategic projects assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred), Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  2. More than 10 years of experience in the semiconductor, IC manufacturing, and/or engineering industry, including experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  3. Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
  4. Strong experience in customer relationship management, business development, and contract negotiation.
  5. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, production planning systems, quality management systems, and ISO standards.
  6. Proficient in CRM and sales management tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  7. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, internet, and email.
  9. Results-driven with strong ownership, accountability, strategic thinking, and customer focus.
  10. Willing to travel as required for customer visits, business development activities, and industry events.
  11. Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to drive for field operations/client visits
