Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PV module sales and channel development for overseas markets
  • Execute regional sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
  • Achieve team sales targets, collection targets, and customer development goals
  • Manage client relationships including visits, engagement, and long-term relationship maintenance
  • Develop and maintain customer information databases
  • Oversee sales contract signing and execution
  • Coordinate resolution of quality, technical, and risk-related issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
  • Able to speak professional English
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the new energy industry
  • Strong knowledge of the full PV value chain
  • Existing customer resources in the PV industry is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational, management, coordination, and communication skills
  • Strong sales mindset and customer orientation
  • Ability to lead a team in customer development and relationship management
  • Willing to travel frequently
