Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Manila with an option for occasional remote work. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, training and mentoring the team, building client relationships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires proactive leadership and the ability to drive business growth through effective planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, team leadership, and performance management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop insights, and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales tracking software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in real estate, property development, or a similar industry is an advantage
