- Creating and implementing sales strategies in accordance with ROSENs Vision and Mission
- Recognizing and achieving goals, initiatives and core values as defined by ROSEN
- Recognizing and developing new service, product and solution opportunities
- Having a thorough understanding of customers needs and requirements
- Maintaining and expanding relations with existing and new clients
- Recognizing and fulfilling Sales Manager tasks in accordance to Uniform Process [UP]
- Generating and achieving sales and revenue goals by increasing customer satisfaction and market share
- Forecasting and tracking of the assigned clients sales figures
- Evaluation of market trends and gathering competitive information, identification of trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
- Receive ROSEN product and service training
- Maintaining established ROSEN business software systems
Authority About
- Direction of selling activities within the area of responsibilities inclusive client/agent interactions
- Acquisition phase whithin given limits defined by business line managers
- Establish client specific proposals within Corporate sales strategies
- Organize sales visits, participate in sales events to maintain sales objectives
- Request and receive project status updates from the Project Management Team throughout the lifecycle of a project

- Business Line Manager for project portfolio related activities
- Project Manager for project execution related activities
- Department Manager for resourcing related activities
- Professional functions for technical and process related activities
- Technical , commercial and legal leads for risk identification and solution related activities
- Backoffice for staff, provision and advisory related activities
- Prospect functions for new market opportunities, rollout new services/products and marketing activities
What you will bring
- Deep knowledge of customer business, abiltiy to reframe and challenge the way customers view their business and formulate clear negotiating strategies plus tender bids, abiltiy to navigate alternatives based on customer business value and objectives
- Ability to make improvement into sales processes & system in relation to the development of changing customer behaviors
- ability to contributes to the development of current CVPs

- Business or Technical degree
