Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Renewable Energy segment. The role involves driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence across HV/MV/LV products. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from customer development to contract execution, while providing market insights to support product strategy with our Global HQ. Ideal candidates will have strong industry knowledge, proven sales experience, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales Execution & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Renewable Energy segment to expand the company's market presence and ensure strong brand positioning.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including customer acquisition, bidding, contract negotiation, coordination, project acceptance, and payment collection.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.

2. Customer Engagement & Market Presence

  • Build and maintain a structured customer database to effectively manage sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines.
  • Deliver technical presentations to explain products and solutions to customers and prospective clients.
  • Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen industry presence and build new partnerships.

3. Product & Market Strategy

  • Define and recommend suitable High Voltage, Medium Voltage, and Low Voltage products to launch, ensuring alignment with the appropriate pricing structure and product strategy
  • Provide customer insights and market feedback to Global HQ to support continuous product development and improvement.

4. Reporting & Planning.

  • Prepare accurate monthly sales reports, annual targets, and yearly market development plans.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Renewable Energy segment, with a strong track record in sales of High Voltage, Medium Voltage, and Low Voltage products, or in a comparable market-facing role.
  • Solid technical understanding of products and solutions from key competitors in the industry.
  • Strong ability to deliver customer presentations, combining technical knowledge with effective sales skills.
  • Demonstrates adaptability, professionalism, and a consistent ability to achieve results.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and idea-selling skills.
  • Effective teamwork and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, as this role requires regular collaboration with colleagues and counterparts in China.
