Drive account management for strategically important B2C and B2B customers while pursuing new business development across the Philippines. The ideal candidate brings a solid grasp of the Retail and Industrial sectors, with the ability to identify and engage key end users to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive top-line sales revenue growth as a direct and primary accountability.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities aligned with overall company strategy.
- Develop, execute, and continuously monitor commercial plans against set performance targets, providing regular reporting to leadership.
- Manage key accounts by establishing robust tracking and relationship management systems with direct customers.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts covering both financial projections and logistical requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, end users, and the company, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct professional sales presentations, technical demonstrations, and product training sessions for customers and end users.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve critical customer issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience covering Distributor Management, Wholesale, and Retail channels.
- Demonstrated knowledge of local Philippine market regulations, trade dynamics, and sales force management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to build and sustain mutually beneficial relationships across diverse customer and partner groups.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional proficiency in English is required.
