Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for business development and team building We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Recruitment & Talent Solutions to drive business growth while building and leading a high-performing sales team.
This is a hands-on player-coach role responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and scaling a team of up to 10 Business Development Representatives and Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for recruitment and talent solutions
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market development
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while achieving revenue targets
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor a growing sales team
- Develop sales playbooks, KPIs, coaching programs, and scalable sales processes
- Utilize Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bullhorn CRM, Dialpad, and AI-powered sales tools to maximize results.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- 3+ years of business development experience with a proven track record of generating net-new business
- Experience leading, mentoring, or building sales teams
- Strong outbound prospecting, territory planning, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, executive search, HR consulting, or professional services is an advantage
