Job Title: Sales Manager – Ready-Mix Concrete

Job Location: Bataan, Central Luzon

Salary Range: Php 50,000 to Php 60,000

Job Summary: Responsible for driving sales growth and business development for ready-mix concrete products by building relationships with contractors, property developers, and construction companies. Oversees sales operations, key accounts, pricing negotiations, and sales targets to increase market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales volume targets.
• Identify new business opportunities from construction projects, contractors, and property developers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, project owners, and industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor market demand, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with batching plant operations, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely concrete delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, customer accounts, and collections.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of sales experience in ready-mix concrete, cement, aggregates, or construction materials.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Strong network with contractors, developers, and construction companies.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, project sales, and business development.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Willing to conduct client visits and travel to construction project sites.
