What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and grow a high‑performing network of sub‑distributors servicing QSR, fast‑casual, cafés, convenience, and independent foodservice operators.
- Develop joint business plans with distributors, including volume targets, promotional activity, and market development initiatives.
- Support distributor sales teams with training, product knowledge, pricing frameworks, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Drive end‑user demand by engaging QSR procurement, operations, and sustainability teams — even when sales flow through distributors.
- Lead field visits, identify new opportunities, and accelerate conversions across the AFH landscape.
- Collaborate with marketing on channel‑ready collateral, co‑branded campaigns, and sustainability storytelling.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market insights to support supply chain and commercial planning.
What You Bring
- Proven success in AFH, foodservice, packaging, or FMCG sales — ideally with distributor‑led channels.
- Strong understanding of sub‑distributor economics, incentives, and performance levers.
