Bachelor's Degree Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Material Science),Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent
Previous experience for at least 5 years in related field construction,
PRECAST, engineering & design, architecture and building materials.
The Sales Manager is responsible for both PRECAST sales/ pre-sales,
and shall collaborate with technical, marketing and specifications team.
- They must provide customers with technical advice on the use of
brand products and to exploit market opportunities leading to increase
brand awareness.
- They shall develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and
stakeholders under construction accessories product segments. d
- They will have to regularly update market intelligence report on relevant
construction industry and competition.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for PRECAST sales & business development for existing/ new products and application fields; not limited to faade, industrial, data center, MEPF, infrastructure, buildings, precast applications, tunneling, power and renewable energy
- Conduct presentations in coordination with Technical Department.
- Research on local construction methods and country specific
construction methods.
- Preparing and working on proposals for quotations, bids or tenders.
- Organize seminars for customers/ design institutes / external product
training.
- Participate in related exhibitions / trade fairs / seminars and related
events.
- Developing & maintaining proper archive of sales, marketing and
technical related documents.
- To perform other duties as necessary to execute core duties or other
duties assigned by Country General Manager.
