Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will drive Ceragon's growth across Southeast Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Cambodia) with primary focus to grow Ceragon's telco business in Philippines by closely engaging with operators and partners to address Carrier & private Enterprise markets. The candidate needs to develop and execute strategic sales plans, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented leader with deep telecom industry expertise and the ability to influence at C-level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue & Market Growth: Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets and increase Ceragon's market share in the region.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends, define strategies, and execute business plans aligned with regional objectives.
  • Competitive Positioning: Understand competitor offerings and develop strategies to differentiate Ceragon solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, overcome objections, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels, including C-level executives, within telco operators, ISPs, and private networks.
  • New Market Penetration: Drive growth in emerging markets across SEA, including Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Cambodia.
  • Partner Engagement: Identify, develop, and manage partners to support sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Engineers to capture customer requirements and ensure product alignment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Southeast Asia (up to 50%).

Job Requirements

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Preferred: Sales leadership certifications or telecom industry credentials.
